On the cusp of finishing our first Barcelona record, I’ve found myself climbing into my car after long studio days and turning the stereo off so my ears can rest. So much rock and roll makes my heart grow weary. I think in another week or so, I’ll be ready to open my listening horizons again…any suggestions for me??

Lately, i’ve been getting into Imogen Heap. Kinda funky at first, but a nice listen when you just want to close your eyes and relax.
Also some Jack’s Mannequin. Lyrics are amazing.

i can’t get enough Muse. really excited about their show at key arena on sept 9th. been listening to the fray a lot the past few days… although not by choice.

james morrison’s album is amazing.

and, let’s be honest here… i listen to barcelona all the time.

definetly tietur, and duncan sheik, some britney spears here and there ;). barcelona has been blasting in my ipod 24/7 lately. and i’m currently obsessed with the shins.

i’ll be back in idaho by then…
i guess it’s alright. there’s a couple good bands in Eastern Idaho. And I can always go to salt lake. haha. this last month or so better be good music around!

Give them a listen. If you like The Arcade Fire, you’ll probably like them.
